Instead of reacting, i choose to act on a problem. Potholes take thousands of lives across the world every year. These issues of potholes have always been cited as the job of the govt only. I am on a mission to break this myth. I believe in living a life full of learning every single day. The hiccups faced during the journey brings the best out of me & makes me a stronger person today with a positive orientation & a positive mindset.Some career highlights:★ In 2014- I joined Hewlett Packard as a software developer and helped the client stabilize their day to day operation by optimizing & automating various tasks that were manually done previously. Got promoted to the role of lead within 6 months of joining where I was leading a team of 30 experienced people.★ In 2017- I decided to start a new journey of social entrepreneurship. Making roads safer by fixing potholes by engaging citizens. The intent is to make people aware about road safety and their active involvement. At PotHoleRaja®, i take the responsibility of making the corporate connects (CSR), employee engagement, project execution, sales & marketing closures, end to end operational requirements.Principles that I follow in my life1.
