 Focus on the incubation practices for emerging technology within the Technology Innovation andResearch Incubation team.  Provide a key role as senior developer of assigned emerging technology use cases bycollaborating and contributing to the art of the possible as it pertains to the transformationalinitiatives for the organization.  Primary focus is to maximize the advancement of emerging technology as an emerging productarchitecture. Foster a collaborative approach to achieve goals in a manner that is consistent witharchitecture practices and control standards. Work with cloud-based architectures and services including ML/ AI, Immersive and modernapplication pipelines Advance research-based emerging product development– using a technology incubation processapproach while ensuring technologies are aligned with and support the Company’s businessobjectives Participate as a resource in the coordination of opportunities including both business andtechnical innovation initiatives to ensure they appropriately address the opportunities Assist other team members to create and implement policies, procedures, and programs toensure uniform emerging product architecture direction Actively monitor external sources to anticipate future state and evolution of emerging technology Form and manage community of practices by monitoring emerging technology and developingappropriate implementation strategies Suggest incubation development by providing solution recommendations Understanding business plans and objectives of key clients/business units, contributes to thedemonstration and education of emerging technologies by participating in “tech talks” and othereducational opportunities Partner and develop collaborative relationships across the IT and business organizations toensure short- and long-term goals are achieved Maintain effective working relationships with infrastructure, security, DevSecOps, and otherorganizations as needed

• Design a system to handle 15 million transactions/day (writes and reads)• Design read SLA about 200 milli seconds 80 percent of the time. Write below 500 milli seconds 80 percent of the time.• System with 1.4 billion records.• Converting existing services and API into micro services.• Working on architecture, design for cloud migration from on-premises• Architecting and building a scalable read only API infrastructure that can scale on demand and provide advanced search features that include wild card searches, term searches, natural language processing-based search etc.• Designing and building data quality API services• All above projects are estimated to save approximately 3 million dollars a year in terms of licensing, labor cost and capital cost.• Creating a comprehensive road map for the master data application use cases and business capabilities.• Creating an event-based data service rather than a reactive on-demand data lookup.• Implementation of (GTM & LTM) geographical proximity-based search API rather than fixed data center model.• Collaborate with IBM partners to architect DB2 database to meet the required performance standards.• Create architecture design documents and MDM design documents. Present the documentation to enterprise architecture team and get approval for project execution and server infrastructure builds.• Participate in the infrastructure and capital forecast meetings and ensure smooth execution of the project.• Implement highly available MDM solution by architecting the High Availability Disaster Recovery solution for MDM data store i.e., DB2 in Active-Hot Standby mode. • WebSphere configuration, DB2 schema changes, MDM workbench configuration and algorithm deployment, coding using the rational application developer.• Events sent in real-time via rest API’s. It included the OAuth security. Handles 8 million events per day.• Worked on docker containers for MDM and migrate monolith application to microservices.  Work on control system software for enabling power distribution automation. Development lead for turnkey software automation project implemented for a government basedtransmission and Distribution Company. Analyze data point gathered from the power grid and create data trends, patterns and loadforecasting reports. Write special algorithms around data pattern analysis and deploy to the profiling environment. Use of TCP/IP protocol, C++, Citrix server, SPIDER software for automation, network tools likeWireShark, router configuration and AIX server configuration was part of the project.
