The Service Excellence Analysis Tool (SEAT) help to track Tractor dealer performance in following manner.1. Area-wise 2. Zone-wise and 3. Head Office all can login and analyze using various parameters. also Tabular and Graphical charts are used to help in tracking and planning strategies.We team of 4 were involved in development of web app. and we have used .Net 2.5 and SQL Server 2008 for web app development. I play role of developer and designer in which i have created tool which will copy data from excel sheet to SQL Server tables and then displayed tabular and graphical charts.Developed an intranet Website and Tool to keep Track of Dealer of Mahindra and Mahindra (Tractor Dept.) in Mumbai. This website allows Dealer to upload Fix Formatted Excel sheet which includes performance based parameters. Tool is used to Convert Excel Sheet to Database. Then Report is shown in Tabular and Graphical Formats as per hierarchy levels 1) Area Office 2) Zonal Office 3) Head Office..NET technology is used to developed website and Tool.
