After having given my 2.5+ years in a startup, having received 3 promotions and leading a team of 5+ writers, I've gained a deep insight of what works in content and what doesn't. Later, I joined Decathlon as a Sport Leader and simultaneously pursued Sports Management at Indian Institute of Management Rohtak. Currently, I'm working as an NBA writer for EssentiallySports. Following are a few noteworthy moments I can recall -1. During my first job, when the Editor-in-Chief was on a month's leave and I had to step into her shoes, I saw my direct team expand in numbers and I learned what multi-tasking, weekly planning, regular guidance, and a light environment can do.2. I learned visual merchandising, stock management, and handling my P&L at Decathlon. Also, I learned how adaptability is the key and one can't be rigid in order to grow.3. My articles have been read by millions, I've personally seen those write-ups receiving 1000+ comments, 500+ shares and huge reactions in engagement.4. At Essentially Sports, I penned 🖊️ 1800 sports articles (NBA/Tennis/UFC) before getting my first promotion 17 months into the organisation that is at the pinnacle of sports media marketing.5. I'm a lifetime learner and am eager to learn Sports Management to make a dent in the sporting world. I’ll do all that's needed to grow in this fast-paced world. To my employers, I'd like to say that I'm an eager, industrious soul, packed inside a good character who also happens to be largely in-and-out-and-above the box. Thanks!
