I am a Django/Python full stack web developer with about 5 years of total work experience. Over the last 16 months I have been part of the team that built Weddingz.in - a venture backed wedding marketplace. Building a site used by hundreds of thousands of users each month and seeing my work lead to better productivity or sales for the platform was a fulfilling experience. This was also the first time I was working on a project with a large team (15 people). Writing code that others have to maintain, following proper git flow, doing code reviews are all skills that I have acquired on the project. Last 6 months I was also responsible for mentoring a couple of new team members. One fresher and other with same experience level as me. I don't see myself as a tech lead or a manager yet but I am confident I can be more than a solo contributor. I am looking for opportunities in Django and web development where I can continue to write good code as well as take on more responsibilities.

Worked on http://magnify.tv which is a web application for live video broadcasting as Django/Python developer.In this project my responsibilities were system backend design and development, server setup including integration of media server, frontend and providing web services for both IOS and Android platform.
