I look into first mile, midmile, returns, loss reduction and HRMS. FM - I have been focusing on increasing the pickup success, I was able to improved it by 8% over 3 months. Goal is to increase this further by enabling system to make intelligent decisions related to assigning correct slots, auto allocating routes, riders and vehicles and helping operation to execute them.Midmile - I am building products to increase service level by plugging gaps in midmile like shipments missing critical connections. Further developing products to systematically capture and increase productivity of loaders and scanners. Returns - Focused on ensuring correct products are returned to sellers, defining policies to penalise fraudulent actors and reducing losses in network.I have built products to improve service level by controlling volume intake and automating embargo process for destressing mile centers fast.Controlling losses in network, providing vendors who provide manpower with right kind of visibility to fast track manpower onboarding, minimising losses incurred by vendors, ensuring we identify fraudulent actors and block them, building customer specific products with leading e-commerce players are some of the other products I deal with.

I have worked on multiple products like B2C express deliveries, B2B, D2C, reverse pick ups, customer experience, security products etc. Few highlights are like tech integration with one of the major B2B companies which we acquired in 2022, deciding which center is going to deliver the shipment in the last mile based on various factors, capturing appropriate weight etc. I also managed teams of technical program managers, developers, TLs and QA.
