Currently I am working with Swiggy as their Senior Executive involved in an in-depth analysis, growth monitoring and providing assistance for various projects like “Side and Drinks”, “Raw material” and “Packaging material”. This includes such tasks like-The customer's review and the rating analysis of orders along with IGCC, RDC (Restaurant Driven Cancellation) and the cancellation of OOS (Out of Stock). Also, overall the impact of AOV on Swiggy platform.Work on analysing “Net promoter score” to improve the growth of the restaurants.Involved with working on Campaign Analysis like Growth Pack campaign, Discount campaigns, Restaurant partner review campaign to create and analyse the survey and estimate the growth of the company.

Worked with Capillary Technology as a Data Analyst. Functioning tasks like loading and analysing historical data of different Retail brands, preparing DQR, DUR report and examining, analysing the progress in the sales ratio and respective  growth in the trading sphere of different retail companies.Uploading customer details into Capillary DB after cleaning, standardising and removing duplicates.Importing customer loyalty, non-loyalty transaction data ,line item data and inventory files into Capillary DB Updating points and slabs, merging data as per client request, also cleansing data for the client on ad-hoc request like Extracting list for running campaign etc.Creating data quality report, data understanding report , data dictionary, data sanity check report as per client request which were presented on Excel.
