• Evaluating customer business process, gathering requirement, act as a liaison between Customer, Project Stakeholders, SME, and Technical team to refine the product and incorporate features based on market demands. • Partnering with IT and product leadership to drive and manage the solution development process and ensure the product team understands the direction and vision. • Evaluating new opportunities, Creating and maintaining the solution vision, road map and backlog of work through the project's life cycle. • Having in-depth knowledge & experience both in Agile and Waterfall. • Creating Epics and Features and translating into User Stories and Sub Tasks within the team’s backlog while managing, ranking, and prioritizing this backlog to reflect stakeholder’s requirements.• Participating in all Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Backlog Prioritizing, Backlog Refinement, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective). • Extensive experience in creating Business Requirement Document (BRD), Functional Requirement Document (FRD), Change Request Document (As-IS & To-Be Process) Story Maps, Flow charts, mock-up, Data Models, Use Case Model, Activity Diagrams using UML (Unified Modelling Language). • Used Elicitation techniques like interviewing, questionnaires, brainstorming, working session, observation, and document analysis for requirement gathering. • Experience in Data Mapping, Data Modelling, Data Definition, Data Extraction and Transform, Data Analysis. • Skilled in PL/SQL and writing queries to build custom reports (SQL based ad-hoc reports)
