As a Salesforce Software Analyst, I provide an advisory service to application teams, focusing on application integration, customization, and quality production support. In my current project, I help define operational processes, review procedures, and improve documentation.

As a Salesforce Associate, I involve myself in development activities, create programs for functionality improvement, and solve problems in Salesforce software.

As an intern, my primary job was to understand the telecom networks and optical fiber cable operations. Followed by certain field works which further strengthened the core concepts of networking and how to build an operational network with optical fiber.This was a great learning opportunity provided by BSNL, which help me build a great perception on how networks on a greater level operate and how to troubleshoot network related problems.
