Co-Founded - Mining and Infrastructure Equipments Leasing Business.Establishing a Client acquisition program which has led to acquisition of critical client base of BSE Listed organisations like Electrosteel Casting Ltd, Usha Martin Ltd, Tata Steel Ltd & Tata Power Ltd.Liaison with Government Agencies for getting clearances for the issue of work permit for all the machines at disposal.Securing Critical contracts from Tata Steel Ltd, Tata Power Ltd, Usha Martin Ltd, and Electrosteel Casting Ltd worth 700 Lakhs for till end of 2015 for carrying out their activities at their Mines in Jharkhand and Odisha.Creating a vendor base for supplying maintenance equipments and spares for the infrastructure required for the business.Establishing and effectively managing an employee base of 250 persons till July 2016.Setting up Recruitment process, Compensation structure and Internal Communication Framework.Designing and Implementing the Performance Management and Performance pay structure .Designing of Job descriptions and Initial roles and responsibilities for management positions.Coordinating and Effectively ensuring compliance to the Statutory and Legal norms.Setting up operational framework for executing contracts bagged through competitive bidding or liaising.
