-Working with Global Loan Services (GLS) operational team responsible for supporting a suite of wholesale loan products including syndicated and Bilateral loans.-Managing a portfolio of syndicated lending transactions and performing all the servicing activities such as Rollover/Reprising, Paydown, Drawdown, Rate setting, Commitment decreases on term Loan/Revolver facilities reviewing credit agreements, credit sanctions, and other client documents.-Facilitate secondary loan trades across portfolios of syndicate loan facilities and ensuring the accuracy of payments.-Effectively resolving complex payment discrepancies query which may arise due to retroactive trades processed, merger of portfolio in syndicate and change of fund manager.-Ensure remittance of funds to correct SSI & assist CP to locate funds by providing fed reference with backups such as notices and accruals related to payment credited.-Responsible to pull trades from a third-party system called Clear Par and verify / review facilities to execute third party and secondary trades and perform reconciliation of closed trades.-Process KYC and Wire built request for new Counterparty.-Co-ordinate with Baltimore par closing team to execute Buy/Sell trades-Oversee and ensure that normal BAU deliverables are accomplished within stipulated TAT.-Partner with NY control team to seek assistance on open issues, concerns and new query encountered and enhance continue learning within team.-Establish formalized SOP and provide ongoing training and coaching to fellow associates and update same in trackers.-Identify process improvement areas and encourage team members to implement lean ideas to maximize client satisfaction.-Prepare different Daily, Weekly and Monthly Internal Reporting Metrics that summarize volumes processed during period.-Prepare and execute training plan for new joiners.-knowledge of lending systems ( Clear-Par, WSO, Loan IQ, payments systems).
