Some of the top disruptive brands across telecom, fast-growing tech, BFSI, and retail industries partner with us to drive significant efficiencies to re-invest in business innovation.Responsibilities● Responsible for the full life cycle recruiting process for the qualification of skilled candidates by using different sourcing tools, vendor management, screening, interviewing, presenting, and placing direct hire and contract candidates in various positions within multiple business units.● Requisition Management/Pipeline Management that includes candidate screening, as well as database management.● Coordinating with Engagement Managers to understand the requirements and client needs and to provide daily status and updates on open requirements.● Conducting phone/Video/In-person interviews with technical panels and management personnel, negotiating compensation packages, and closing candidates on rates/salaries in accordance with the budget available and extending offers.● Working on Workday for complete recruitment cycles on a daily basis like creating jobs, adding candidates, sending interview invites, on-boarding, etc.● Involved in handling Mega Walk-in drives for any bulk-hiring requirement of any existing project or new project.● Identified effective sourcing channels including internal and external job postings, passive recruiting, and industry mapping and employee referrals.● Work with hiring managers and interview panels to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria.
