The Taiwan Education Experience Program (TEEP) was an enlightening journey, enriching me not only in research but also in the Traditional Chinese Culture. Under the guidance of Prof. Wen-Ren Yang, my role was to develop a Sign Language Translation Transformer Module using the How2Sign dataset employing the STMC transformer, along with modelling LoRa RF Communication device Systems.From coding to testing the final model, I was amazed by how enjoyable the research process was. Attending weekly sessions with the professor and reporting my findings significantly deepened my knowledge in my field. This experience taught me to think like a scientist, approaching problems from multiple perspectives to find solutions.In addition to research, Taiwan offered ample opportunities for solo travel. From the awe-inspiring skyscrapers of Taipei to the serene landscape of Alishan, I was captivated by the beauty of Taiwan. The warmth and hospitality of the Taiwanese people during my travels left a lasting impression on me.Exploring the local culture, learning Mandarin, and interacting with the locals provided me with valuable insights into the world. It showed me that despite our differences, we all share a common bond.
