It has been 2 remarkable years at Speechify! Speechify Android is a one-year-old product at Speechify. I bootstrapped it from scratch back in April'21. I was responsible for:1. Team Building, Hiring, and One on One2. Organizing Sprints with Agile Leads and Product Managers3. Building OKRs every quarter and ensuring the team strategy is always keen on achieving them.4. Assigning DRI (Directly Responsible Individuals) for each OKR and Squad formation. Continuously re-prioritizing between nice to have and absolute requirements for the product.5. Building the CI/CD infrastructure from scratch and maintaining them on CircleCI.6. Assessing the performance of OKRs every week and reporting them efficiently to the leadership teams.7. Architecting big features in collaboration with external teams in the company.8. Actively review product feedback and analytics to work with Product Managers weekly.9. Directly contributing to the code for some features because I am a programmer at heart ❤️.10. Performing code reviews and making sure the code is always of excellent quality and technical debt free.11. I have also built sophisticated infrastructure projects like AI-based audio API and Payments & Subscriptions Infrastructure, which are infinitely scaleable and self-recovering.

I built the Chrome extension from scratch and scaled it to 1M+ users. Currently, it has 750k weekly active paying users which contributes to ~$1M+ in revenue per month via subscription sales.
