Analyzed the business model of over 43 companies in a variety of sectors

- Worked on USD 500mn Debt Issuance for an Indonesian Client in Mining Sector ( April 15th to May 26th 2008) ­ - Performed due diligence & prepared Information Memo & Investor Pitch covering business model, financials, assets description, transaction structure & critical risks; Prepared Sales memo & handled investors’ queries­ - Improved the valuation model - included cost inflation factor and removed errors - resulting in 10% change- Indonesian Govt. Bond Issuance - Involved in pitch for bond offering and won the mandate for Lehman- Valuation for IPO – Prepared the valuation models for Asian companies in packaging industry & in power sector
