 Assist manager to contact related government department and handle documents Following up orders: make purchase order base on customer’s requirement, check status production from factory and plan to export. In during production process, contact to factories and work with technician to make goods export on time. In the same time, solve problem in production process such as production delay, quality of goods report to operation manager weekly. Monitoring shipment process: booking container as schedule, making shipping documents, follow up payment process until receive original documents. Actively seek new Vietnamese suppliers: collect and classify quotation, then report to manager. Support manager in management office: printing catalog & instruction-tag, monitor information out and in, filling necessary forms, order stationary.
