Team Manager Arrears Management and Hardship, Residential Mortgages Responsibilities• Manage the Arrears Management and Hardship team (team of 11) to assist existing customers who may be having trouble in repaying their residential loan. • Manage the Arrears Management and Hardship portfolios with the aim to minimise losses for the Bank.• People Leadership: Lead and motivate the Arrears Management and Hardship teams, enabling them to meet business objectives and goals and exceed customer expectations. • Reporting: Prepare and distribute reports weekly and monthly for internal distribution on hardship, arrears and promise to pay metrics.
