With over eleven years of experience in Building Information Modeling services, I am an MEP BIM Coordinator at James L Williams Middle East, a leading construction company in the UAE. My mission is to create, maintain, and optimise the BIM process inside the organization and deliver high-quality construction projects to the clients.In my current role, I manage and coordinate the Revit files as per the BEP of the respective projects, create custom families, and collaborate with other trades such as HVAC, plumbing, and fire fighting. I also capable of designing various electrical services such as lighting, power, emergency lighting, and fire alarm, following the UAE regulations and standards. Additionally, I have developed custom Dynamo scripts to streamline the modeling process and data entry tasks in Revit, reducing the modeling time by 25%. I am also responsible for training and managing a team of 30 people and helping them to up skill from CAD to Revit. I am continuously learning and adapting to the changing demands of the construction field and delivering and managing projects in a fast and tight schedule.
