We uncovered vulnerabilities in container images across popular container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Leveraging a range of advanced static analysis tools, we meticulously identified potential security weaknesses, emphasizing the critical importance of container security. Our project's findings and efforts have received recognition in the security track of the esteemed PST2023 conference.

I had the opportunity to work on an exciting project that focused on making the drug supply chain more secure and private. To achieve this, we implemented a special type of blockchain called Hyperledger Fabric (HLF), which helped create a network with controlled access. By using various cryptographic techniques, I developed a tamper-proof solution that didn't require expensive technologies like IoT or cloud systems. This solution has great potential, especially in countries like Bangladesh where drug tampering is a major problem. Our innovative project was recognized with the RISE Internal Research Grant, acknowledging its uniqueness and creativity. Throughout this experience, I gained valuable knowledge about drug supply chains, blockchains, and privacy protocols. I also improved my teamwork, literature review, and thesis preparation skills, thanks to the guidance of experts like Dr. Mahfuzul Islam, Dr. Tanzima Hashem, and Dr. Md. Shohrab Hossain.

I volunteered at the S2E lab, where I joined a research project focused on finding code problems called "code smells" in datasets used for generating code. We wanted to see how these code smells affected the quality of the generated code. My job was to look through a huge number of files, around 0.7 million of them, and use tools like pylint and bandit to find and categorize these code smells. To make the process faster, I also created special scripts in flex and python. This experience helped me learn more about code quality issues and improve my skills in analyzing data and writing scripts.
