Responsible for the creation, design, development, and implementation of RPA systems within finance processes related to Cost Accounting, Financial & Statutory and Invoice to Cash.Provide processes evaluation and procedure reviews to design bots, work on development and test automation workflow, work close to internal control team to review SOX controls as well to update and report project timeline.Create RPA Bot documentation (Solution Design, UT/PT/UAT Documentation, Release Notes).

Support all Latin America Intercompany Service Billing work flow for Dow related companies and third party providing cost allocation and annual budget process. Reconcile accounts receivable and payable to guarantee amounts are booked in the correct account (cost, markup, taxes, and revenue). Address SAP setup, update system tables, create and maintain cost center, sales order and purchase order, and also inform and redirect issues/tests in system in order to run the flow correctly.Attend government, internal and external audit for all companies through LAA, including Brazil, Argentina, Colombia and Mexico, with reports, summaries and fiscal documentation (assist tax team with different taxes concepts throughout LAA)Participation in work groups and projects for ECC SAP tests to guarantee system functionalities for Service Billing.

Cost and accounting support to various departments such as Marketing & Sales, Facilities and Lab Management, Human Resources (HR) and Research & Development (R&D), providing support to the Directors in the presentation of costs, project analysis and monitoring of budgeted against actual amounts.Provide SAP ECC, BW Netweaver and BO data extraction to support controllers reports and summaries.Participation in a broad number of projects in processes automation using Excel/Access VBA, SQL and VBS (SAP scripts).Most of projects were related to manufacturing cost and internal controls, such as warehouse reconciliation, slow moving inventory and cost moving.

Provide accounting entries for different set of legal entities (Private Equity, Real Estate and Off-Shore), accounting reconciliation and conference of reports on MICROSIGA TOVS PROTHEUS system. Support external audit processes and documentation. Participation in improvement project, including business process modeling using BPML tool. That resulted in design and use of key performance indicators (KPI) for financial routine and systems, and also to support to managers in decision-making. Opportunity to develop Excel / Access tools using VBA / ADVPL programming languages, among which setup database and forms on access for accounting routine (exchange variation calculation) and automatic KPIs database and report.

Responsible for daily bank reconciliation, payment to suppliers and cash flow planning and control. Support Controller’s analysis, including elaboration of Managerial Income Report, Profit and Loss, Sales Control, Budget and implementation of financial controls.

Responsible for accounting, fiscal and financial documentation. Support supplier payment process. Controller’s support in developing excel spreadsheet to control and analyze sales to present to Sales Manager and CFO.
