CurrentDevelopment and implementation of HR Processes;Compensation & Benefits design and implementation;Utilization and creation of People Analytics, to support decisions in the departments of my responsibility; Working together with the management on the application of the HR calendar;Supporting managers on the implementation and decision making related to associates;Working with associates improving their commitment to the company;Participate in projects and activities of the HR department as representative of the departments of my responsibility;Ensure the implementation of HR standards, policies and processes in the areas of responsibility.
