ETT Assistant Level IIThe ETT Assistant Level II performs testing and service work, The individual has sufficient knowledge and experience to be qualified for assuring the safety of him/herself. Safety knowledge includes an understanding of lockout/tagout procedures and requirements, arc-flash and shock hazard analyses, and other facets of hazardous electrical energy control procedures. The ETT Assistant Level II generally requires direct supervision of a Level III ETT Certified Technician or Level IV Senior Certified Technician.

Company Intelligence Support Team NCO Specifically chosen by unit level leadership to be responsible for the collection, management and dissemination of time sensitive data through multifaceted collection methods with minimal supervision and guidance.  Streamlined data collection through direct contact with local law enforcement and government officials. Coordinated through personal networks to obtain higher echelon information collection systems and support resulting in my organization accessing a wider spectrum of mission critical data collection and visibility.  Shaped operations based on collected data as well as real time assessment of battlefield conditions. Company/Section Property Book Manager Was personally accountable and responsible for US government property valued in excess of $75,000,000 with no deficiencies. Became familiar with the operation and maintenance of equipment with minimal guidance and frequently without item specific technical manuals. Company Battle NCO/Tactical Operations Center NCO-In-Charge Represented executive level leadership in daily operations in their absence to include communications, coordination with outside assets/agencies, and decision making.  Managed a team of US soldiers as well as local national linguists in order to support company, battalion and brigade level operations. Worked with mission and task specific equipment and software to track and support friendly forces while maximizing use of assets within a dynamic battlefield environment.
