-Cross trained and back-up a variety of functions within the department such as lockbox, Wausau Enterprise, FED adjustments, inclearings, RDI's and legal processes.-Assist branches with technical issues regarding scanning and posting work through the SourceNDP machine.-Entering, fixing, and balancing missing data from PODs, inclearings, Wausau, etc. -Adhering to and complying with the applicable federal and state laws, regulations and guidelines, including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act, US Patriot Act, etc.

-Created new excel models for cash flow statements.-Updated existing money posting process that increased productivity and decreased posting errors.-Resolve invalid and unauthorized deductions and payments by following pending deductions procedures.-Participate in month-end procedures and get statements and invoices out to customers.-Create purchase orders for all purchases made by the company.-Maintain accounting general ledgers by reconciling and posting account transactions.-Mastered accounts receivable processes in four weeks.-Mastered accounts payable processes in six weeks.
