Job Responsibilities included :a. Heading the Economic Affairs & Policy Departmentb. Research & Analysis of the Indian Economy, Regional Economic Trendsc. Writing Policy Documents, providing Policy Recommendations to Governmentd. Tracking International Trade Policy trends, India’s regional trade agreements & FTA s, India-ASEAN trade linkages and prospectse. Organising Conferences/Interactions on important economic policy issues, Finance & Capital Market sectorf. Trade Facilitation through Business Delegation Exchanges and Business match-making servicesg. Liaising with Govt., Industry & Mediah. Dealing with President and senior Office-Bearers and Committee Members on a regular basis, on various economic policy issuesi. Playing a major role in recruitments and other internal strategies and policies along with the Director Generalj. Assisting the Director General in monitoring the progress of other Teams
