Keep good relation with customers. Also keep a good track of competitor’s activity.• To provide a detailed Test Report of our products mentioning the observation and recommendations to keep our customers system perfectly ok.• B2B Sales.• Customer retention.• Monitor customer satisfaction.• Maintain and develop good relationship with customers(Industrial).• Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets.• Record sales and order information and report the same to the sales department.• To manage old accounts and create new accounts.• To create database and establishing contacts by means of telephone, email and meetings.• To keep regular follow ups with clients for repeat orders and introduce other products.• To keep update of client files by updating visit reports (on the go), Tele communications etc.
