Have worked for the esteemed clients like IBM, Sonata, NTT Data, NRI Fintech, Protiviti, Cognizant, Capgemini, Cendyn, etc.8. Tapping various recruitment sources like databases, job portals, networking, company mapping & headhunting etc for sourcing candidates’ profiles9. Validating the candidates both on technical and HR perspective10. Scheduling the in person as well as telephonic interviews with the client11. Preparing various MIS/Excel reports and managing the internal database12. Giving internal training to the new joiners/colleagues on various IT skills13. Negotiating with the candidates on work location, joining date, and expected salary14. Building rapport with the candidates for generating references and head hunting
