Responsible as Cluster Head for Merchant Acquiring Business across East. Along with Branch Banking Franchisee , also Successfully launched Merchant Acquiring Direct Sales Unit across all parts of East.

Responsible as Product Support Manager for Merchant Acquiring Business. Took care of Sales & Service related to Merchant Acquiring.

Managing a team of 15 Manpower with 2 Supervisor Reporting to me across WB Location as an Area Head ....

 Is responsible to recruit Relationship Manager from Direct Channel based out of Kolkata and Acquire Life Insurance business from RM’s open Market & Tele Leads. Responsible to manage a team of 15 - Relationship Managers in Direct Marketing Channel based out of Kolkata Insurance Associates of company pay roll, providing the customized service to the existing clients, maintenance of daily MIS and Issuance of new policies. Regular monitoring of Lead Management System stringently so that each and every lead can be used to the fullest.  Another major responsibility is to maintain Persistency & Servicing of existing customers.

 Looking after entire CASA business (No & Value) for the branch. Provide Service to all Current account portfolio customers. Generate various Asset leads out of all Portfolio customers.  Generate Revenue thru Trade FX and TPP Products. Fulfill Branch operational duty.

 Is responsible to look after Direct Channel based out of Kolkata and Acquire Life Insurance business from Tele Leads & Open market. Also responsible for managing a team of Insurance Associates of company pay roll, providing the customized service to the existing clients, maintenance of daily MIS and Issuance of new policies. Major responsibility is to monitor the Lead Management System stringently so that each and every lead can be used to the fullest.  Managed a team of 18 Insurance executives of company pay roll across Kolkata and utilize all these manpower to the fullest in terms of generate quality business.

 Is responsible to look after Mall assurance Team of South Bengal and Kolkata & Generate Life & General Insurance business from various Big Bazaar malls spread across all these locations.  The main job responsibilities included acquisition of New Life & General Insurance business, co-ordination and managing a team of Insurance Associates of company pay roll, servicing the existing clients, maintenance of daily MIS. Managed 3 Retail outlets (Baguihati, Burdwan & Durgapur Big Bazaar) across West Bengal and utilize it to the fullest in terms of Lead Generation.
