Being Brand Activation In-Charge, have been assigned with Karnataka & Goa Region for the overall growth w.r.t Sales quantity, volume & Share of Sony Brand.Visiting market area, finding & analysing opportunities and scope of business enhancement.Shop front issues and root cause analysis, report generation & sharing data to Branch & Head office.Display condition improvement by branch (Branding or signage or display stand etc) , any gap are highlited to Branch TM & HO on timely basis.Working closely with Marketing coordinator & Trade Marketing team for implementation of shop floor branding as per VMD guidelines.Stock related issues as per allocation plan are being highlighted and intensive follow up for billing done with Sales Admin & Sales PIC.Close follow up with Brand shop management, Multi Brand Counter for smooth replenishment of stocks & fulfilling their needs w.r.t Branding management, implementation of POPs.Evaluating Shop Floor Associates’ knowledge, skills & abilities w.r.t Product & Process management & liaisoning with Training Management team.Productivity enhancement indicated by increased Sales per Employee.Responsible for Qualitative & Quantitative improvement of region w.r.t. Sale through against LFL year.
