Looking after Ground Mounted sites as well as rooftop sites Portfolio. Managing process, client querry, technical support, generation analysis, documentation of work, invoice processing, vendor management.

Technical Expertise:• Monitor and analyze power generation data, system performance metrics, and equipment health.• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities.• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure optimal plant operation.• Stay abreast of technological advancements in the solar industry.Team Management:• Lead, motivate, and provide guidance to a team of technicians.• Delegate tasks effectively and ensure timely completion.• Foster a collaborative and safety-conscious work environment.• Conduct performance evaluations and provide training opportunities.Project Management:• Manage spare parts inventory and procurement processes.• Oversee plant maintenance budgets and resource allocation.• Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation for WBSEDCL.• Liaise with stakeholders, including WBSEDCL officials, contractors, and regulatory bodies.Safety and Compliance:• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures at the plant.• Conduct regular safety training sessions for the team.• Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental and safety regulations.

• Responsible for Preventive Maintenance as per requirement or schedule, & Corrective Maintenance as per requirement.• Daily Generation report analysis, SCADA monitoring, Monthly JMR of plants and sharing generation reports with stakeholders, active participation to produce MIS reports.• Upkeeping Control panels, low voltage equipment’s and high voltage equipment’s, Grid tie & String Inverters, 33KV Indoor HT Panels.• Closing Service Orders created and sharing remarks in ERP. • Co-ordination with Vendors to resolve the issues at sites and Minimizing Site Outages.• Handling customer queries & complaints and ready to solve it.• Maintaining site store related to spare parts, tools, maintenance related materials, forecasting of spare parts.• Maintaining proper ESG activities and all documentation of site related works.

Co-ordinating with Site team in Preventive and Corrective maintenance works. Upkeeping Control panels, low voltage equipment’s and high voltage equipment’s, 1250 KW Inverters, 33KV switch yards ( 2.5MVA Transformers , VCB , CT, PT, Isolators ).
