My two recent major accomplishments are- first, pushing the boundaries of LinkedIn's AI capabilities where we increased our AI model size by multiple order of magnitude with major business impact and second, making LinkedIn compliant with DMA which involved several hundred engineers.I have had multiple tours of duty at LinkedIn. Previously, as a Director of Engineering, I lead the AI Foundations team, a team of 100+ amazing engineers and scientist. Together we build cutting-edge technologies that power all LinkedIn AI applications for personalization, natural language processing, multimedia, generative AI, optimization methods, privacy. I have made major contributions to key products like LinkedIn feed, Ads and growth. Before joining LinkedIn, I did my PhD in Statistics and Probability at Cornell University, and help positions of Assistant Professor at Columbia University and Research Scientist at Yahoo!.
