Research, design, writing, and launch of the website for a small, local construction company without an online presence with the goal to bring in new clients. The site now averages 20-40 visits per month and the company has gained several new clients. I conducted research, built wireframes, low-fidelity prototypes, high-fidelity prototypes, and a website with the use of a website builder.

I reported to the owner and handled a wide variety of day-to-day tasks including, managing multiple complex calendars with 10+ daily appointments, handling communications, monitoring requests, and identifying those that required immediate attention, producing accurate office files, updating documents, crafting documents, ensuring follow-through of all discussed items in meetings.

I managed the guest interactions and cleaning crew for 4 vacation rental cabins and 2 traditional rentalhomes. This included scheduling stays and cleaners, ordering supplies, handling guest interactions, andmaintenance requests. I also created business cards, house manuals, faq’s templates, and customer loyalty items. I implemented a new system to schedule cleaners and keep track of inventory, this helped the business cut cost on time spent taking inventory and purchasing items in bulk instead of one at a time.

Inbound call center, I supported iOS and iPadOS softwares. I diagnosed, documented, and resolved issues pertaining to password resets, general software issues ("glitches"), how-to's, and scheduling appointments. I adhered to metric standards.
