CurrentIn the educational system, we made improvements to the report generation process, making it more efficient by validating old MySQL queries and changing how they were generated. We removed the responsibility of generating the report from a single function by applying SOLID principles.We made processes faster by removing duplicate validations and those that no longer served their purpose. We integrated the educational system with a third-party platform using a Laravel-made API to mediate communication between the systems, making the communication more efficient and secure.We developed a Laravel API to connect internal systems, using Laravel standards such as Sanctum for authentication, middlewares and policies for authorization, requests to validate and restrict received data, and resources and exceptions to standardize API responses, making the data more accurate and reliable.

Fullstack Developer
We reduced the time for educational operations by over 60%. What used to take an entire day now only takes part of the morning, such as mass student re-enrollment. We achieved this by refactoring PHP code, replacing deprecated functions with new methods introduced in the language, improving complex MySQL queries, removing unnecessary joins, reorganizing table relations, and indexing necessary columns.In the event system, we added automatic email sending, which can be configured to send upon event registration or cancellation, and before the event starts. For this, we used Laravel with Blade to create the email template and queues to send emails in the background without diminishing the user experience. The email service used for sending was AWS.We integrated the event system (Laravel) with the educational system (Zend 3), allowing students to use the same login for both systems through a token created within the educational system, using unique student data to generate the token.We automated course registration on the study platform. Using a system created in Laravel, we connected the educational application to the Moodle system, making the process simpler and more secure, generating logs for the entire process for future audits.
