Lynn is a 20+ year successful business owner in IT/Cybersecurity with a passion for the VR MMORPG community; in the last 10 years, Lynn has led her previous company to the Inc. 5000 List 5 times, won Enterprising Women of the Year Award in 2018, and has received other various local and regional awards.Lynn got her first VR headset in 2018, and the love affair with VR MMORPGs started almost immediately. Not only did the games feed into her competitive nature, but they were also wonderfully diverse places filled with people from all over the world and all walks of life, something that Lynn values very much. Lynn is a champion for accessibility and inclusivity in her everyday life, and she has brought that passion and innate leadership skills with her in establishing Resolute Games, Inc. As a Division 1 softball player for the Big East Champion Providence College Friars, Lynn understands the true meaning of teamwork and leads her team of experts in a style befitting a competitive athlete. Among her employees she is known and admired for her compassion, grit and leadership. She believes talent is the greatest asset a firm possesses, and goes above and beyond to cultivate the potential of her employees and encourage them to strive for excellence daily. When Lynn is not focused on work, she spends as much time as she can with her 17 year-old daughter, Jordyn. Always craving adventure and knowledge, Lynn loves traveling to new places (especially international), learning about different cultures, and running. In 2019, Lynn ran the New York Marathon, finishing with a time of 4:48.
