• Support corporate customers in managing and monitoring network assets;• Assist or perform the configuration of the TRAFip appliance, where customers can analyze and qualify network traffic for better usage, performance, improvements and cost reduction.

• Monitor network assets proactively in order to reduce impacts through monitoring tools;• Open and monitor incident calls related to MPLS network circuits between headquarters and their affiliates with the internet service provider that responsible for maintaining the circuits;• Manage and configure core switches, access switches, wireless controllers, access points (APs) from the manufacturers Cisco, HP, 3COM, Aruba distributed in the technology park;• Follow the planning and execution of infrastructure projects in the improvement and growth of both the CPD and the rest of the network;• Manage backup tools (Veeam, Acronis) to preserve customer information;• Manage antivirus tools (Kaspersky, Symantec) to protect assets against possible threats such as malware, ransonware;• Perform server administration services, including Active Directory configuration and administration, WSUS, DHCP, network resource mapping, access management;• Meet and solve the demands received from the service desk area by the customer's calling tool. Carrying out both level 2 and level 3 calls, solving them within the established SLA;• Perform analysis and troubleshooting of problems related to LANs and WAN networks.

Performing network configurations and adjustments for SLA compliance;Control of features such as authentication, authorization, security and physical resources to meet security features;Install and configure network devices, such as routers, switches and APs;Support the structured cabling team and fiber optic team.
