I started on the ground floor with Autodesk CAD, selling solutions since release 10. In the nearly 30 years since, I’ve worked to grow my expertise with each Autodesk solution, weaving a career around cutting-edge 3D design software sales.I’ve managed and led business development and sales teams for Autodesk and Advanced Solutions. Joining Ideate in 2003, I was initially the Manufacturing Solutions Director then worked to expand reach within the AEC community as Director of Business Development and then as Director - AEC Sales. Since Ideate and IMAGINiT joined in April 2018, I have been the Director of West Coast Sales, where I lead a dedicated team working to connect architects and designers with best-fit design technology education and implementation solutions. At Ideate + IMAGINiT, we arm clients with tools for change in the design technology space and through our solutions and services we positively impact our customers’ success above all else. My personal business and sales philosophy mirrors that sentiment. Interested in customer and company goals over personal initiatives, I believe in solving problems over meeting quotas, and I work to instill this mindset in my sales team. I train my team to effectively provide information and BIM solutions that improve design workflows, facilitate stakeholder collaboration, and enhance productivity throughout an AEC project lifecycle. When not at my desk, you can find me fishing or enjoying the beautiful California mountains with my wife.
