During my nearly 10 years working for this company I’ve been fortunate to have held multiple positions giving me a solid background in majority of office duties. My current day to day responsibilities include Invoicing, posting customer payments and preparing daily bank deposits, filing, maintaining customer accounts, collection calls, aging reports, product research and inventory management. I also assist the Bookkeeper with accounts payable posting and reconciling the bank statements. The first seven years I worked in the Service and Parts Department. There I was also responsible for invoicing, warranty claim processing, and assisting customers with obtaining service for their appliances.
