In my current role, I work on the development of resources for the inclusion of students of special education needs. I facilitate the education and learning process for such students and work on their integration in the society. I investigate the needs in the community for further development of the inclusion of special education students. I am driving implementation and KPIs for 20 members within the special education unit.

In this role, I was tracking and assessing training effectiveness to improve learning objectives, behaviors, and application. I was delivering effective training to sales team related to overall aspects of education in market. In addition, I was discussing development areas for customer facing personnel by continuously conducting one-on-one sessions with managers and business partners. I was developing and executing goals for reinforcement of talent management. I was introducing new products and enhancements through collaboration with marketing, product management, content, and quality control teams. I was supporting in on-boarding and ongoing product training to team by enhancing coaches' development program. I was creating material for online courses according to pedagogy and requirements of Ministry of Education. During this tenure, I was conducting sales forecast on monthly, termly, and yearly basis. I was managing and directing future sales in various stages. I was preparing effective product presentations to B2B businesses. Moreover, I was monitoring team members and assisting in daily sales query. I was evaluating competition and developing plans to overcome difficulties by working on local market (GCC). I was ensuring business development through preparation of business plans and sales forecast along with pipelines. I was leading direct report of five members' team. I was supporting in leveraging technology to enable goals, manage organizational functions, and enhance student outcomes through collaboration with schools for digital infrastructure. In this role, I transformed school systems in digital via execution of e-learning aspects of curricula. I enabled seamless transition to digital by delivering digital training to schools and teachers. I created online accounts for teachers and students as well as trained for operating online platforms. Furthermore, I organized professional development workshops to schools and training events across UAE. I collaborated with UK, US, and IB schools to improve curricula working with universities on foundation year resources and linked to grade 12 at school level.
