With reference to my work experiences I am sincere with my work and I will put all my efforts for the best progress of company.*SKILLS*•Recognize Piping drawings of GAD,P&ID & ISO•Preparation of MTO (Material Take Off)•Preparation and Follow the Work Procedures for Fabrication, Erection , welding and hydro testing of Piping works. •Preparation of cutting plan ,marking, fit up and Inspection of weld visual with GAD drawing.•Preparation of As-Built drawings in case of changes.•Manpower Planning & distributing the work to working crew and daily progress report.•Monitoring Fabrication & Erection of Piping and equipment. •Inspection of tool tackles and materials avoid delay in Fabrication and Erection.•Inspection of fit up and welding joints.•Familiar with international standard & code ASME B31.3,B31.4 and API .•Also Perform as a Sr. QA/QC Engineer•Follow the Piping support standard and support sketch.•To maintain record,document and work status of relevant activity as per ISO on daily basis.•Preparation of RA Bill and get signed with the client.•Preparation of Final Bill and reconciliation of materials.
