Established and maintained filing systems for all documents, provides administrative and operational support. Reviews and prepares outgoing correspondence to include reports such as financial report, personnel accountability report and leave earning statement. Communicated effectively to the Commander and senior adviser and interact tactfully with people of various levels of responsibility and different backgrounds.

Supervised, counseled and trained trainee to include 9 junior Supervisor and providing tactical and technical guidance to 240 new recruit. Planned and executed unit training calendar and assessed the performance of all subordinate.

Counseling all applicant during the application process and maintain positive relation with the local community leader and educator.
