The Cooperation Committee for Cambodia (CCC) is a leading membership organization, has been playing a unique role since 1990 as an enabling agent to facilitate Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) to collectively, responsibly and accountable work together for good governance, enabling environment and sustainability of CSOs in Cambodia. Our Vision: Sustainable development for Cambodia.Mission: As a membership based organization, CCC works in inclusive partnerships for good governance, enabling environment and sustainability of civil society organizations in Cambodia.Goal: A strong and capable civil society, cooperating and responsive to Cambodia’s development challenges. Values: Integrity, Responsiveness, Quality, Cooperation and Inclusiveness.The approach is to establish online CBO Hub and Market to promote local produces and culture of good practice CBOs, and support to at least 2500 Community Based Organizations (CBO) with around 25,000 members from various of communities including Agricultural Cooperative (AC), Community Forestry (CF), Community in Protected Area (CPA), Community Fisheries (CFi), Self Help Group (SHG), Community Based Ecotourism (CBET), Small and Medium Enterprise Groups, CBO provincial networks and, on occasion, CBO alliance groups, and Indigenous People Community in Cambodia in 2020. The key main actions as well as scaling up of proven livelihood interventions, value chain analysis and subsequent development and capacity building of demand driven.

I have 27 years of professional experience working to build good governance and accountability for grassroots organizations, and non-governmental Organizations (NGOs), and experience working with multi-cultural people while I am working with ZOA-Refugees Care, Cristian Outreach Relief and Development, Cooperation Committee for Cambodia. I have many years experiences of developing program strategic plans, operational planning, monitoring and evaluation, budget planning, and budget monitoring.I am a successful facilitator and communicator with different cultures, and different high Racky people of project stakeholders including strategic working groups, governance steering committees, NGO seniors’ leaders, and governmental departments. I graduated with a master's degree in public administration from Chamren University of Poly Technology in Phnom Penh, a bachelor's degree of Arts in Geography, and a certificate of Pedagogy of Faculty Pedagogy in Phnom Penh. I also attended several courses including Decentralization, Local Governance and Sustainable Development Goals in Asia and the Pacific, Strengthening Management and Development of Agricultural Cooperatives and Farmers' Organizations in Asia and Pacific, Training of Trainer on Local Fundraising, Outcome and Impact Orientation (M&E framework/plan and Data collection tools), and Organizational Development.
