The majority of my experiences came from being a machine operator. Most recently I've taken on a leadership role for the equipment management team delegating tasks fitted for the technician who specializes in the equipment. A big part of the process were the Branson ultrasonic welders, where I standardized the adjustment with protocols catered to the products needs. I held training in circuit testing, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting with equipment including; -80c freezers, lyophilizers, refrigerated shakers, incubated shakers, centrifuges of all sizes, vortex mixers, vacuum pumps, rotary slitters, conveyor dryers, etc. The work with my team helped all the technicians on my staff become more mechanically inclined. Some tasks including calibrations included an outside service provider which would be included through work order assignments.
