I worked with the consultant and the Interim Head of Training from our Teach For Network to lead the 4th Intensive Training for 2021 cohort of Fellows. In this role, I was responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring and evaluating the progress of the whole 7-week training and practicum. I led and coached team regarding leadership values and mindsets, coaching and mentoring skills, and pedagogical knowledge. I also designed and delivered training contents for Fellows.
