Current- Vision and Strategy: Setting the creative vision and strategy for a brand or project. This involves understanding the target audience, market trends, and business goals.- Leadership: Leading and inspiring a team of creatives, which may include designers, writers, artists, and other staff. This involves providing direction, feedback, and ensuring that the team remains aligned with the creative vision.- Project Management: Overseeing the development of creative projects from conception to completion. This includes planning, scheduling, and managing resources and timelines.- Quality Control: Ensuring the quality of the creative output. This involves reviewing, editing, and approving designs, texts, and other creative materials.- Client Interaction: Communicating with clients or stakeholders to understand their needs and presenting creative ideas and solutions.- Innovation and Trends: Keeping abreast of the latest trends in design, technology, and media, and finding innovative ways to apply them in their work.- Collaboration: Working closely with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure a cohesive and effective end product.- Brand Development: Helping to develop and maintain the brand’s voice and visual identity.
