I worked for Northwest Staffing Resources as a Recruiter for almost 5 years. In this particular job, I started as a temporary PC (Personnel Coordinator) and in the first 2 years, I not only worked my way up to being hired on permanently, but I also achieved Recruiter status. I was then offered the On-Site Manager position with one of our biggest clients. As a recruiter and an On-Site Manager, my daily duties were vast.
