Key Responsibilities:•Involved in the Designing, Testing & Commissioning of the BMS system to various projects. •Designing user interfaces and graphics for BMS (Building Management System) visualization.•Site visit, survey, review of drawings, specification and equipment schedules.•Developing comprehensive BMS reports for pharmaceutical applications.•Choosing Trane, Belimo and Other BMS products through informed selection.•Integrating 3rd party BACnet and MODBUS devices into Trane systems.•Managing BMS workstations effectively.•Preparation of detailed BOM, I/O Schedule, and equipment schedule for controlling and monitoring of HVAC, Electrical & other Equipment's.•Responsible for timely production of technical documentation (System architecture, calculation, drawings, manuals and BOQ when required) in coordination with other suppliers if required.•Preparing Detailed Engineering Construction Drawings in liaise with assigned Project Manager.•Assist others in BMS design, Panel design, Product selection, calculation.•Study specifications such as I/O data points and carry out selection of controllers & field devices.•Resolving issues with existing BMS and related systems.•Creating and submitting BMS offers based on client BOQ and technical specifications. •Engaging in proactive sales of BMS products, including unique and specialized solutions. •Offering BMS project consultancy and ensuring client satisfaction.•Commissioning and troubleshooting field-level devices like VFDs, water/energy meters, etc.•Finalizing point termination for field-level devices.
