• Involved in End to End Recruitment• Guiding and helping team in achieving their targets • Interacting with Business Heads to understand job requirements• Coordinating interviews with Business Heads/ defined panels• Continues interaction with candidate until the candidate joins the organization• Responsible for managing to hire using appropriate strategies to ensure the best quality of hire and cost per hire Develops networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.• Working on hiring for high volume positions and/or jobs that are administrative or operational or internal in nature Conducting Recruitment Drive on weekends.

• Leading a team of 6 members and even doing IC(Individual Contribution).• Doing the first level screening for the profiles of the Team and then submit them to the concerned Coordinator.• Helping the team to achieve their target.• Good in End to End Recruitments.• Will work on the Daily report of the entire team and shall mail it to the Operations Head.• Majorly working for the client Wipro for PES domain.

• Sourcing, screening and short listing the profiles according to the requirements.• Scheduling interviews and will follow-up with them till he or she joins• Will prepare master tracker for myself.• Involved in client interaction as well in terms of requirement gathering, service agreement and etc..• Taking induction to new employees, explaining about company’s structure to them and making them feel comfortable.• Keeping records of leaves of internal Team maintaining attendance tracker manually of internal team.• Creating new HR policies if required and generate.

• Source quality candidates and recommend qualified candidates to the clients based on their qualifications, experience & skills.• Sourcing resumes through Job Portals, Networking and references. • Contacting candidates and conducting preliminary interview to evaluate their Skill, Communication and Attitude. • Coordinating interviews between client and the candidates
