- Ensured all students had access to their rooms and building common spaces using their PennCards and issued temporary cards and guest visitor passes as needed
- Worked proficiently in computer programs such as Word, Excel, Access and StarRez to keep updated information on student residents, guest visitors, building maintenance and other important documentation
- Provided services at the front desk on high volume move in/out days
- Raised concerns to appropriate personnel and pro-actively troubleshooted any issues with building infrastructure and safety and problems reported by student residents
- Covered shifts for co-workers or floaters as needed and whenever possible
- Served as a liaison between Mayer Residential Hall and Penn Police and Philadelphia Fire Department during emergencies
