Strategy, Planning, and Risk managementKey member of the Global Shared Services leadership team, with direct accountability for multiple site operations and country-based support strategies for IndiaWork with functional, service line, and practice leadership to develop and drive company's near–term and long-range strategy and growth plan in terms of manpower planning, compensation, facilities, real estate and statutory complianceWork with external legal partners,Auditors, and other relevant teams to architect the right legal construct for India centers to optimize cost and enable growthConvene and drive business continuity and risk mitigation strategy with functional, service line, practice and Firm security leadership2. Process and Program ManagementMaintain and develop guiding principles for aligning operations footprint with Company objectives.
