Quantity Survey of materials for budget estimation purposes.8. Carrying out Italian marble polishing work of the common area.9. Reading drawings submitted by clients for approval. 10. Coordination with client architech for explaining do's and dont's of work & if required making changes in drawings as per fit-out policy.

Preparing DPR of all Works going on site.Checking of Shuttering of Slab, Beam, Column & Staircase.Checking of Steel of Column, Beam, Slab & Staircase.Supervising Casting of Column, Beam, Slab & Staircase assuring proper compaction is done.Checking of Finishing Work such as Waterproofing, Internal-External Plaster, Window Frame Fitting Single-Double Patti, Plumbing, Electric, Brickwork, etc.Measuring of various work completed by sub contractors for clearing their bills.Checking of M30 Grade Concrete Mix Design is proper in Site Mix and Concrete Casting is done as per Concrete Mix Design.
