b2b SaaS digital wallet passes project. Here I have uccessfully applied my time management skills and a craving for process optimization. After 4 months, I significantly reduced the time spent on several processes related to the launch of new customers, reduced rejections. Unlearned the phrase “unsolvable task". My main functions:• Support and development of existing clients – assistance in solving problems with the service through chat, calls and remote connection; integration of new solutions, e.g. additional functions on a more expensive tariff; collection and processing of feedback, etc.;• Assistance to business in the implementation of irregular projects - formulation of pain, drafting the task list, support at all stages of the project launch (e.g. reworking the service interface for the client);• Work with leaving clients – collecting feedback, working with complaints, developing a strategy for returning client, discussing solutions with client. Usually clients decided to leave for internal reasons, not quality. Managed to return several clients, discussing solutions in detail and showing the benefits they receive.• Work with client's marketers, designers – analysis of their actions (distribution, visual identity, promotions) and adjustment it to achieve maximum effect. Also thinking together with the client through the scenarios of a promo in which digital cards appear - this way I clearly show how our product is useful, its effectiveness;• Assistance to client's technical specialists in solving various tasks related to the service – support and consultations on the operation of the API and service functions;• Testing the service and API functions, collecting error information, compiling reports fordevelopers; also offered ideas for improving the interface and participated in their implementation;• (rarely) - Lead processing, brief, identification of needs and assistance in choosing a suitable product, onboarding after purchase.
